Terms & Policies

The Verb Partners Program rewards you for referring your friends, family, colleagues, followers and beyond to try out Verb Energy bars (trial pack or starter pack).

As a Verb Energy partner, you receive either:

4-Bar trial Campaign: A standard flat-rate commission of $6 USD for every 4-bar trial purchased using your unique link. Commission payouts 1x a month via PayPal.

Starter Kit Campaign: A standard flat-rate commission of $15 USD for every starter pack purchased using your unique link. Commission payouts 1x a month via PayPal.

Publisher Campaign: A standard flat-rate commission of $10 USD for every starter pack purchased using your unique link. Commission payouts 1x a month via PayPal.

Commission amount is dependent on assigned offer/campaign.

Getting Started

Fill out our Affiliate partner Registration form and click "Apply" to sign up! After you complete the online application on the registration page, Verb Energy will provide email notification within 2 business days (on average). Once approved and on-boarded, you can access your account and start sharing your unique link. Visitors can click and purchase products through your link within 30 days and you will receive an account credit (commission payment).

Commission Fees

Verb Energy partners earn either a standard flat rate commission of $6 for every new 4-bar trial purchased, a standard flat-rate commission of $15 USD for every new starter pack purchased, or a $10 flat-rate commission for every new Starter Kit purchased in the Publisher Campaign using your unique link. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to refunded payments and/or erroneous crediting. Commissions are paid out via PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account details are accurate and up to date to receive payment.

Restrictions on Promotion

The Verb Partners Program is designed for affiliate partners to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any AdWords campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of Verb Energy is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the Verb Energy Partners program in jeopardy.

Legal Compliance

All affiliate partners must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (i.e. CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Verb Energy reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliate partners from our Partners program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners, and promotional materials provided to you by Verb Energy. Affiliate partners terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Verb Energy network.
